feat(videoDeviceMgmt): 添加监控调试页面的控制功能

- 在 control 方法中实现了对不同操作指令的处理
- 添加了对上下左右移动、变焦、焦点调节、灯光控制、拍照和录像等动作的支持
- 优化了控制指令的打印输出，便于调试
