<label>4.按照法律规定及协议约定，委托甲方对委派的劳务作业人员进行日常管理，劳务作业人员在甲方作业层班组骨干的组织、指挥和监护下开展作业。</label>

<label>5.按照本协议的预期工效完成配合施工的作业内容。</label>

<label>2.结算工作量根据设计竣工图工作量(对外结算四方签证认可后的工作量)双向调整；</label>
